There is no cancellation of orders placed under the “Same Day Delivery”. Customer can open the box in front of the delivery boy and check the product however in case of No cost EMI customer has to swipe first and then can open the product. In case if you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectation, you must bring it to the notice of O-Line-O Nexus India Pvt Ltd Customer Service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The O-Line-O Customer Service Team will take appropriate action after looking into your complaint.

and logistic team 99.99 % of the product will be in new condition and genuine products.

Condition Apply:

  • If there is a manufacturing defect customer have to visit authorized customer

support centres, as it is under manufacturing warranty till one year.

  • If there is physical damage while delivering the product, the product will be replaced by OlineO Franchise within 24 Hrs. of the delivery prior intimation to our customer care department with pictures and proper evidence.
