  • How do I order online?

    To place an order online please follow the below process:

    1. Select the item you would like to purchase.
      2. Click on Add to Cart if you want to confirm the purchase.
      3. Once done with the selection of all the items, click on Go to Cart.

    1. You can sign up using your email id & password. Also, you can use your Facebook or Gmail ID to sign up.

    • Enter the Name of the Bank which you will use during payment. (For EMI related queries, kindly refer the EMI section in the FAQ)
    1. You will be redirected to order placement page with OrderID, which will be used for further communications. You will also receive the confirmation Email or message about the order placement.
  • How will I know If my order is Confirmed?

    The customer will receive the confirmation call from OlineO Customer Support Executive once the order is placed.
    Also, you will receive a confirmation Email about the order placement.

  • How will the delivery be done?

    You can choose either of the two options for delivery:

    1. Doorstep delivery
    2. Pick up from Store

    Door Step Delivery- We deliver through our franchise partners.
    The customer will receive the order to the address provided by them at the time of purchase.

    Pick up from the store- The customer needs to enter their pin code on the basis of which the nearest store location will be provided for pick up.

  • How many hours will it take for the order to deliver?

    Once you receive the confirmation call from OlineO Customer Support Executive the order will be delivered in less than 4 hours on selected pin codes.

    Any order placed after 7pm will be delivered the next day.

  • My Order delivery is delayed what should I do?

    OlineO ensures that your order is delivered within 4 hours after confirmation. But in case of unnatural circumstances or situations OlineO has the right to delay, reschedule, and cancel your delivery. We request you to contact OlineO customer support for any queries.

  • If I am unable to collect my order, will the delivery be tried again to send my order?

    On the confirmation call, OlineO gives you the facility to schedule the order delivery at your convenience.

    In case of this scenario, we request you to call OlineO customer support and ask for rescheduling of your order.

  • What is Pre Order Conditions?

    o Any pre-booking product will be considered a final price.

    o For any change in the price of the product in market, customer will get the same price on which he booked.

    o In case of price reduction at the time of product launch.

    o Any price change subjective to update on Olineoindia.com. Other websites/online shop price
    will not be considered in this case as price change.

    o Pre – Order/ Booking will be considered in two conditions.
    1. Delivery date may change according to product availability.
    2. Standard delivery will mention on the product page and will be confirmed by our  Customer care executive before dispatch.

  • How will the customers get the refund in case of cancellation?

    Currently OlineO doesn’t have the feature of online payment or pre-payment. Therefore, there is no provision of refund of any order. We have Pay on Card option, where the customer will swipe their credit card/debit card only at the time of order delivery.

    In case of cancellation, kindly follow the mentioned steps –
    Sign in to your account
    Go to ‘My Order’
    Select the order you want to cancel.
    Click on Cancel.
    Mention the reason for order cancellation.
    You will receive a call from the OlineO customer care about the order cancellation. Also an order cancellation email will be sent to the customer.

  • What should I do if my order is approved but hasn't been shipped yet?

    At OlineO, any order placed before 7pm is delivered on the same day. Orders placed after 7pm is delivered the next day. At rare situations, if your order is not delivered at the expected timeline, kindly contact our OlineO Customer Support.

  • Can I take the shipment after opening and checking the contents Inside?

  • How to cancel order online and track cancellation.

    Upon receiving your request, OlineO will contact you shortly for a quick verification. Also an order cancellation email will be sent to the customer.

  • Should I call Olineo's Customer Care for installation once my order is delivered?

    YES

  • I have a complaint about the delivery executive who came to deliver my order.

    However if you find any issue with the delivery executive, we request you to directly contact our OlineO customer support to register your complaint. Don’t forget to mention your OrderID while placing the call.

  • What should I do if a service centre denied my request to repair the product?

    Olineo always delivery 100 % genuine product to their customer, however if anything happens you can contact customer support.

  • How can I pay for my order

    We have two payments mode.

    1) Pay By Cash

    2) Pay By Credit Card/ Debit Card.

     

    Currently we don’t accept Pre-Payments.

  • Are cards accepted for online purchase?

    Currently we don’t accept Pre-Payments. However, during order delivery the customer can swipe their credit card/debit card using POS machine.

  • Is the olineo Payment gateway secure?

    We do not have online payment facility right now.

    As of now, we have only two mode of payment i.e. Pay by Cash and Pay by Card.

  • What is olineo Credit card EMI Payment option?

    The person who will deliver the product will carry the swipe machine, and EMI would be done with swipe machine.

  • Which credit cards are available for EMI Payment?

    You can use Citi Bank, American Express, HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, Kotak Bank, ICICI Bank, SBI Bank, HSBC Bank, RBL Bank, Standard Chartered Bank and Yes Bank credit cards to avail No Cost EMI on mobiles.

  • What is no cost EMI?

    No cost EMI is an offer from OlineO which helps
    you to repay your EMI provider only the product price, which you are buying.

    For example, if you buy a Rs. 9,000 item at a 6 months tenure, you will pay your EMI provider Rs.1,500 every month for 6 months. Total payment from your side will be Rs.9,000 at the end of the repayment period.

  • Can I get no cost EMI on Debit Card?

    No Cost EMI offer is not available on the
    debit cards as of now. You need to use your
    credit card for the same.

  • Which all Banks Credit Card I can use to Avail no cost EMI?

    You can use Citi Bank, American Express,
    HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, Kotak Bank, ICICI Bank,
    SBI Bank, HSBC Bank, RBL Bank, Standard Chartered Bank and Yes Bank credit cards to avail No Cost EMI on mobiles.

    of products on No Cost EMI. The only requirement
    is your cart value should be more than Rs.5,000.

  • WHAT ARE THE CHARGES OR DOWN PAYMENT FOR NO COST EMI?

    There are absolutely no charges like processing
    fees or down payment involved when you purchase
    with No Cost EMI. However, your bank may charge
    you GST or any other taxes on the interest component of the EMI.

  • WILL MY BANK CONTINUE TO CHARGE ME INTEREST?

    Yes, your bank or EMI provider will charge you interest.
    However, this interest charge has been provided to you as an upfront discount at the time of your purchase from our side. So, effectively, you are getting the benefit of a No Cost EMI.

  • HOW MY EMIS WILL BE CHARGED?

    Usually, EMI providers take 3-5 working days to process your EMI. Once done, your EMI will be charged on monthly basis as per your credit card billing cycle. Please check with your EMI provider or credit card company for such detail.

  • I Want to Cancel My Ordered Item On Olineo. How Can I Do that

    In case of cancellation, kindly follow the mentioned steps –

    o Sign in to your account

    o Go to ‘My Order’

    o Select the order you want to cancel.

    o Click on Cancel.

    o Mention the reason for order cancellation.

    You will receive a call from the OlineO customer care about the order cancellation. Also an order cancellation email will be sent to the customer.

  • I Am Not Able To Cancel A Particular Ordered Item And The Item Is Not Yet Delivered To Me. What Should I Do?

    You May Not Be Able To Cancel An Item Because Of Any Of The Following
    Reasons:

    1. The ordered item has been delivered at your given shipping address.
    2. The ordered item is non-cancellable till it’s not delivered, e.g., Prepaid
    orders
    3. You have just placed an order and we are yet to verify and authenticate
    the same. Please come back again in few hours, and you will be
    able to cancel your orders.
    4. You have already requested for an item to be cancelled.
    Our team is working on your request. Do not worry. You
    need not to cancel it again.
    5. Once We Get Such Request, Our Team Will Ensure That It Is Processed
    At The Earliest.

  • My Order Is Cancelled By Olineo. Why?

    OlineO might have To Cancel Your Orders Due To Any Of The Following Reasons:

    1. Non availability of the ordered item
    2. Our fraud detection team or partners have identified some problems with your order
    3. Sudden changes in circumstances like natural calamities or political tension, etc. which affect the serviceability to a region
    4. OlineO May Decide To Execute Additional Checks Or Verifications Or May Seek More Information Before Accepting Any Order From Your Side.

    Our Team Will Contact You If All Or Part Of Your Order Is Cancelled Or If Additional Information Is Required To Accept Your Order.

  • I Want To Cancel Part Of My Order. How Should I Do?

    If You Have Placed An Order With Multiple Items, You Can Individually Cancel
    Delivery Of Any Of Them. However, You Cannot Cancel It If They Are Part Of Any Combo/Set Or Clubbed With Other Item To Opt Discounts.

  • I Have Been Charged Full Amount Of The Transaction. Why?

    At first full amount is charged and later converted in EMI normally within
    7 working days. Please contact your card issuing bank in case 7 working
    days have passed and transaction has not been converted to EMIs.

  • My Issuing Bank Call Center Has No Information On Emi Conversion. What To Do Now?

    The issuing bank will receive EMI request after at least 3 working days of
    the transaction. Then status of transactions can be provided by issuing banks.

  • The Transaction Amount Has Not Converted Into Emi In 7 Working Days. What Should I Do Now?

    Please contact your card issuing banks in-case 7 days have passed and
    transaction has not been converted in EMI. Conversion of transaction into
    EMI is at the sole discretion of card issuing bank and can also be rejected
    in unfortunate circumstances

    Please check transaction date and customer bill generation date, if the period is less
    than 7 working days then customer needs to speak to issuing bank to determine
    how much to pay. The bank might convert the EMI at a later date and change bill
    payment.

  • UM TOTAL OF ALL EMIS IS MORE THAN THE TRANSACTION AMOUNT. WHY IS THAT?

    The issuing bank charges interest per EMI transaction. The interest rates are
    decided by the bank and are displayed at the time of completing the transaction.

  • Bank Has Rejected Emi Conversion. Why?

    Customer needs to pay full amount of the transaction to bank, since EMI facility
    is at sole discretion of the issuing bank. Or customer can refer to refund/return
    policy of the merchant.
