Order Shipped To India Address:

We want you to love what you ordered, but if something is not right, let us know. You may return the merchandise and place a new order for another colour, or a model, or an entirely new order.

In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us has an open seal, if the delivered product’s packaging has been tampered with,  or if the SKU delivered is different from the SKU ordered by you, you may return the merchandise. For the process of return, the product should be unused and in the same condition as you received with its original packaging & the tags. The merchandise return is valid within 7 days from the date on which these goods were delivered to your selected shipping address.


How long will it take for the order to reach me?

Please refer the product page for estimated shipping and delivery timelines for both domestic and international orders. From the time of order placed, it takes up to 4 hours when the O-Line-O store that fulfils the order is within 8km of the delivery address.

If you have placed an order with multiple items, please note that your items may arrive in multiple shipments. The estimated delivery times are indicative, and, on some occasions, there might be some unavoidable delays beyond our control. We will keep you informed in case of any delays.

What can I do if my order dispatch is delayed?

We will try our best to get your products to you within the estimated delivery times. If the package has not reached you by the expected delivery date, please write to us at support@olineoindia.com and we will try our best to resolve your issues.

My order has been shipped. Can I track it?

For orders within India, once your order has been dispatched, you can track the order from My Order section.

You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse or vendor location

Returns, Refunds, Cancellations and Exchanges

What is the return policy on Olineo India?

The return and exchange policy for every product is clearly mentioned on the product page.  Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

If the product is eligible for return/ replacement, you can raise the replacement request from My Order section  in App within 7 days of delivery to request replacement.

How are returns processed?

Once you request to replace a product, you can either visit the O-Line-O store from which you received the delivery product from or a pick up will be organised for the item. Our courier partners will come to pick up the item within 3-5 business days after your replacement request has been received. Once pickup is done, your replacement product will be handed over in the O-Line-O store or will be delivered to your delivery address within 5 days from when the product is received by fulfilling O-Line-O store.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order before the order goes into processing from O-Line-O’s end through My Order section or by writing to us at support@olineoindia.com

**Olineo India reserves the right to cancel any order without pre-confirming the customer at any time and may verify any order before shipping the same to the customer that may include having a verbal or written confirmation from the customer.

How will I receive the refund for my cancelled or returned product?

In case of prepaid orders, money will be returned to the bank account/ credit/debit card where the payment was made from.

How long does it take to receive a refund for  a returned product?

We don’t support return of products. In exceptional cases, we will process your refund within 3 business days from when the returned product has been received by the fulfilling O-Line-O store.
